Consultations: What to expect

Your initial consultation, lasting 45-60 minutes, is a comprehensive assessment where she will delve into your medical history, evaluate your posture and movement through range of motion and muscle strength tests, and conduct specialised assessments like functional movement, balance, and stability tests. Natalia will further educate you on your injury or condition, including causes and preventive measures going forward, and together, you and her will set rehabilitation goals and create a strategy to achieve them.

Follow-up biokinetics sessions are supervised and periodised to your needs, and you’ll also receive exercises for independent practice at home. These efforts contribute to improved injury recovery and quality of life, helping you progress steadily until you reach your pre-injury state or functioning.

Building a healthy body is like sculpting a masterpiece – it demands dedication and persistence. One session will not transform it entirely. Supervised training acts as your sculpting mentor, guiding precision and preventing mistakes. Consistent effort refines your sculpting technique, like perfecting each stroke. Expecting instant results is like expecting a masterpiece overnight; true progress requires time and commitment. Natalia is here to help you sculpt your way to a healthier, stronger you.
